A little about me…
I am a Yoga instructor located in Massachusetts. I had the opportunity to become 200 CYT with Jen Palmer at Universal Power Yoga. In the process of my 200 hr I came across Inside Flow. The beautiful creation of Young Ho Kim. I became a Silver Instructor Inside Flow with USA Senior Teacher Rebecca Rasmussen. Having now completed additional on line trainings and now completed the first ever 50 hour USA training with founder Young Ho Kim. I am NOW a Gold level instructor. I have also completed 20 hrs Chromatic Yoga with Matt Giordano, and have since enrolled 300 hr training with Matt and expect to be 500 hr RYT by summer 2025. Although, I still continue with more learning, trainings and certifications because…l will forever be a student even though I am a teacher.
